Powys tUHB pharmacists attended a Conference in Llandrindod and several other community events.
Hywel Dda University Health Board have been busy creating QR codes links to the YMYH campaign via GP Surgeries and Community Pharmacies and creating an advert for GP waiting rooms with advice about bringing medications into hospital.
The busy team at Cardiff and Vale UHB have held public facing sessions to promote YMYH and included the Spring Clean poster and an editorial in the Barry Gem local newspaper. In one cluster the community pharmacies attached the advice leaflets to dispensed medication for some patients who might need support with medicines management. The team also work with district nurse teams to promote the service and the use of community pharmacy services.
